RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
1. RETURN WINDOW
WE OFFER A 7-DAY RETURN WINDOW FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. ANY RETURN REQUEST MADE AFTER 7 DAYS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN / REPLACEMENT
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN OR REPLACEMENT, THE PRODUCT MUST:
• BE UNUSED AND UNWASHED
• HAVE THE ORIGINAL TAG INTACT
• BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING
• BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS RECEIVED
PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT MEET THESE CONDITIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
3. SIZE & FITTING ISSUES
RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS ARE ACCEPTED FOR SIZE OR FITTING ISSUES. HOWEVER, ALL RETURN AND RESHIPPING (BOTH UP AND DOWN) SHIPPING CHARGES MUST BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER.
4. REPLACEMENT PROCESS
ONCE WE RECEIVE THE RETURNED PRODUCT, IT WILL BE INSPECTED BY OUR TEAM. IF THE PRODUCT PASSES QUALITY CHECK, A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT WILL BE SHIPPED TO YOU.
5. REFUNDS
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. ONLY REPLACEMENTS ARE PROVIDED IF THE RETURN IS APPROVED.
6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
IN THE RARE CASE THAT YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY WITH CLEAR IMAGES OR VIDEOS.
IN SUCH CASES, THE RETURN AND RESHIPPING COSTS WILL BE COVERED BY US, AND A REPLACEMENT WILL BE ARRANGED AFTER VERIFICATION.
